	Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Financial Officer Responsible for Financial Affairs. Sıla Azra Seyok She was born in Germany in 1963. She graduated from ODTU Statistics Department in 1988 and then she worked in the Development Bank Loans Department. She has been a manager in various departments of KARSU Textile Factory since 1992 and she has been a member of the Board of Directors (CFO) since 2015.
	Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors Arif Molu Arif Molu was born in Ankara in 1975, graduated from the Department of Environmental Engineering at ODTÜ Engineering Faculty in 1997 and subsequently worked in various positions at KARSU. In 2004, he was appointed as a member of the KARSU Board of Directors. In addition, he was the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Molu Enerji Üretim A.Ş, which is also a partner of KARSU Textile and has undertaken the projecting, construction and operation of MOLU, Bahçelik and Sarıhıdır hydroelectric power plants.
	Board Member and General Manager Nevzat Seyok He was born in 1961 in Malatya. After graduating from METU Electrical/Electronics Department, he started his working life in the electronics industry. He joined Karsu in 1991 and after working at various levels,he has been a General Manager and Board Member (CEO) in KARSU. In addition to this, he has been a member of ITMF (International Textile Manufacturers Federation) and Board Member of PTSB (Cotton Industrialists Association), TOBB (Union of Turkish chambers and commodity exchanges), Textile Assembly, TTSİS (Turkish Textile Industry employers ‘ Union) and he has been a vice chairman of TISK (Confederation of employers ‘ associations of Turkey).
	Board Independent Member Mustafa Saruhan Hatipoğlu He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Finance and Economics in 1963. He has been a civil servant in the Central Bank, an inspector in the Retirement Fund, the President and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Tourism Bank and the General Manager in the State Industry and Workers Investment Bank. Assistant General Manager in the Ministry of Industry and Technology, Assistant General Manager in the Tourism Bank and Member of the Board of Directors. After 1984, he started to work as an independent consultant in the field of Investment and Management of Accommodation Facilities and established SH Consulting Limited Company in 1993. He is currently managing this company and has been working as an Independent Member of Karsu Tekstil Board of Directors since 2012.
	Board Independent Member Hüseyin Faik AÇIKALIN Born on April 30, 1962 in Denizli. He is married and has 2 children. Education; Executive Management Seminar, BOA, San Francisco, November-98 Contemporary Developments in Modern Banking, University of Loughborough, UK, Institute of Banking September-93 Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration 1987 Work Experience; He has served as Branch Manager, General Manager and Board Member in many financial companies. He assumed the duty of independent member of Karsu Tekstil Board of Directors at the General Assembly meeting held in April 2019 and continued his duty until 09.05.2025 and continues his duty as a board member after this date.
	Board Independent Member Hüseyin Sami Çelik He was born in Muğla Ula in 1965, graduated from Middle East Technical University Metallurgical Engineering Department in 1989 and has an MBA in Bahçeşehir University in 2008. Gedik Holding Sales Engineering, Toros Menkul Kıymetler A.Ş. Directorate of Stock Exchange Operations, Kent Yatırım Menkul Kıymetler A.Ş. Branch Marketing Directorate, Deniz Yatırım Menkul Kıymetler A.Ş. Assistant General Manager and General Manager. Since 2017, he has been an Independent Member of Karsu Tekstil Board of Directors.
	Board Independent Member Fatih ARABACIOĞLU Born in 1966 in Gaziantep. He graduated from TED Ankara College in 1984. He holds a BA from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences and an MA in International Banking and Finance from Edinburgh Heriot Watt University. Arabacıoğlu began his career at Deloitte Turkey in 1988 and joined DenizBank Financial Services Group in 1999. He served as General Manager and Board Member at Deniz Portföy A.Ş. between 2003 and 2022. He took office as an Independent Board Member at the General Assembly held on 14.04.2023.
	Board Independent Member Ercüment ÖZKARACA He was born on July 26, 1979 in Kilis. He completed his primary and secondary education at Kilis HMK Anatolian High School between 1989-1996. He completed his undergraduate education at Marmara University Faculty of Law as top of his term between 1996-2000. He completed his master's degree at Marmara University Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Private Law between 2000-2002. He completed his doctorate at the same institute and department between 2002-2008. He attended a German language course at Paderborn University in Germany in 2004-2005 and passed the DSH exam as top of his term with a GPA of 5.61/6.00. He conducted scientific research at Westfälische Wilhelms University in 2005 and at Trier University in 2011. He started his academic career on January 31, 2001. He currently serves as the Head of the Department of Labor and Social Security Law at Marmara University Faculty of Law, the Faculty Board Professor Representative, and the Faculty Board Professor Representative. He started his duties as an Independent Board Member at the General Assembly held on 09.05.2025.
